Another timetable from the Union Pacific 1957 Summer Tours series; while it was not on any of the escorted tour groups' itineraries it was used by vacationers traveling independently on the "Z-BC" and "Z-C" combination tours. As well, the "C" tour used the route of this train from Salt Lake City to California although it appears that the tour operated in a special movement following the scheduled train by a few minutes. The detailed "C" tour itinerary shows a departure from Salt Lake City at 10:30 p.m. and arrival in Las Vegas at 7:05 a.m. After a day touring Lake Mead and Hoover Dam and a night in the Las Vegas casinos, the tour resumed with another special movement departing Vegas at 7:20 a.m. and arriving Riverside, California at 1:35 p.m.
